Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, successful completion of a GPS Inspect Academy program does not constitute:

• A state-issued occupational license.
• A government-issued certification.
• Authorization to perform services for which a jurisdiction requires a separate license.
• A guarantee of employment.
• A guarantee of inspection assignments.
• A guarantee of income or business revenue.
• A guarantee that a student will meet every licensing requirement in every jurisdiction.

Students are responsible for determining the licensing, registration, education, examination, insurance, experience, continuing-education, and other requirements applicable to the jurisdiction and type of work they intend to perform.

8. GPS Inspect Certifications

Goldsmith Enterprises LLC may award certifications, certificates of completion, designations, or other credentials through GPS Inspect Academy.

Unless expressly identified as a governmental credential, these credentials represent completion of requirements established by GPS Inspect Academy and should not be represented as licenses issued by a state, municipality, federal agency, or regulatory authority.

Certification requirements, examinations, continuing-education requirements, renewal requirements, curriculum, fees, and policies may be updated periodically.

9. No Guarantee of Professional or Business Results

Inspection training and business-development education can improve knowledge and professional capability, but individual results vary.

Goldsmith Enterprises LLC does not guarantee that participation in a GPS Inspect Academy program will result in:

• Employment.
• Independent-contractor assignments.
• Certification by another organization.
• State licensure.
• Business formation.
• Customers or contracts.
• Specific revenue.
• Profitability.
• Business growth.
• Approval by a lender, government agency, housing authority, property manager, insurer, or other organization.

Students and businesses remain responsible for their own professional, legal, financial, licensing, insurance, tax, and business decisions.
