Douglas Goldsmith is an experienced inspection professional with 29 years in the inspection industry. He has built a strong reputation in residential and commercial property inspections, with extensive expertise in HUD programs including REAC, HCV, HQS, and NSPIRE inspections.
Douglas serves as a National Trainer for Nan McKay & Associates, providing instruction on HQS and NSPIRE protocols for Public Housing Agencies and Housing Choice Voucher programs nationwide. His training experience and industry knowledge have helped housing professionals maintain compliance with federal housing standards.
He is a member of the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA ID: CCPIA-003562) and is certified to perform commercial property inspections. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and combines technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and professional leadership to deliver high-quality inspection and training services.
Lyn Goldsmith has over 15 years of experience conducting Commercial Bank Loan Inspections for GPS Inspect and Goldsmith Enterprises. Her inspection portfolio includes a wide range of property types, such as multi-family residential complexes, office buildings, restaurants, retail properties, industrial sites, and vacant land developments.
In addition to commercial loan inspections, Lyn has assisted with HUD-related inspections, including Pre-REAC, HQS (Housing Quality Standards), and NSPIRE (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) assessments. Her experience includes detailed site evaluations, construction progress verification, property condition reporting, and compliance-related inspections for lenders, property owners, and government housing programs.

We are looking for certified or licensed individuals interested in conducting inspections for commercial, multi-family, or governmental housing units. All of our inspectors are required to be certified through the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA), within 90 days of employment.
Our projects are not limited to one state. We work all over the place! All of our inspectors are required to be certified through CCPIA within 90 days of employment.
